Digital Marketting

Job Purpose:


Manage and grow the brand’s digital presence through performance, marketplaces, and CRM.
Drive website traffic, qualified leads, and online sales through Meta, Google Ads, and
marketplaces. Ensure tracking, analytics, and basic CRM flows are set up and optimised.

Job Specification:

Experience: 2– 6 years in digital or performance marketing for e-commerce/D2C preferred.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Exposure to marketplaces
(Amazon/Flipkart/Ajio/others) is preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related
field. Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities & Accountability:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns for sales.
  • Implement and maintain Meta pixel, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
  • Prepare weekly performance dashboards with clear optimization actions.
  • Manage marketplace listings (titles, images, pricing, offers, reviews).
  • Run basic marketplace ad campaigns and track conversions/ACOS.
  • Support SEO via keyword research, on-page optimization, and coordination on content.
  • Build and maintain remarketing audiences from website, marketplaces, and CRM.
  • Use CRM tools (email/WhatsApp/SMS) for welcome, post-purchase, and win-back
    journeys.
  • Coordinate with creative teams for ads, landing pages, and marketplace creatives.
  • Monitor competitors and digital trends; constant A/B tests.

Functional Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, ACOS, CTR).
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and e-commerce funnels.
  • Experience with email/WhatsApp marketing and retargeting campaigns.
  • Comfortable with GA/GA4, pixels, UTM tagging, and reporting in Excel/Sheets.
  • Analytical mindset, ownership attitude, and readiness to test, learn, and optimise quickly.
