Job Specification:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in UI/UX design for mobile/web applications and at least 2
years in mobile app testing - Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Design, or related field.
- Background: Experience in mobile app development environments with exposure to
Agile/Scrum processes; prior work on sports-related applications is preferred.
Key Responsibilities & Accountability:
- Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for mobile and web applications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visually engaging designs aligned with brand
guidelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user journeys.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, integrating feedback into designs.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for applications.
- Perform functional, UI, regression, and cross-platform testing.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify and resolve bugs and performance
issues. - Ensure applications meet quality, compliance, and usability standards before deployment
Functional Competencies:
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
- Strong knowledge of iOS/Android design standards and accessibility.
- Skilled in Selenium, Appium, JUnit, and TestRail.
- Solid grasp of QA methods, functional testing, and automation.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
