Brand Manager (You One)

Job Purpose:

Responsible for shaping and driving the brand identity, strategy, and market presence of You One
in the sports performance (footwear & apparel) category. This role demands a balance of strategy
and execution, building integrated campaigns, driving consumer engagement, and ensuring brand
relevance across retail, digital, and on-ground activations

Job Specification:

  • Experience: 5–7+ years in brand management/marketing (sports, athleisure, or lifestyle
    category experience is a plus).
  • Education: Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Brand Management, or related field.
  • Background: Strong track record of developing and executing brand strategies, running
    large-scale integrated campaigns, working with agencies/creators, and managing brand
    budgets (₹3–5 Cr+ preferred). Hands-on exposure to retail, on-ground activations, and digital
    marketing is essential.

Key Responsibilities & Accountability:

  • Develop and execute brand strategy, positioning, and value proposition aligned with
    company vision.
  • Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, influencers, PR, on
    ground).
  • Manage content calendars and create “always-on” consumer engagement moments.
  • Conduct market and consumer research; track brand health metrics and identify insights.
  • Partner with digital/performance teams to ensure effective campaigns and user
    experiences.
  • Drive retail and on-ground activations including in-store visibility, campus, and sports
    events.
  • Create sales enablement tools: lookbooks, launch kits, VM guidelines, and training
    decks.
  • Maintain e-commerce/marketplace brand presence (basic hygiene, listings, availability).
  • Manage brand budgets, track ROI, and ensure efficient use of spends.
  • Lead agency and partner relationships, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality
    outputs.
