Job Purpose:
Responsible for transforming business data into actionable insights through accurate MIS
reporting and analytical dashboards. The role supports management decision-making by
analyzing sales, supply chain, and operational performance. The incumbent owns end-to-end
reporting, ensures data accuracy, and leverages AI tools to enhance insights and reporting
efficiency.
Job Specification:
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in MIS, business analytics, reporting, or analytical
roles. Hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, and basic SQL for data extraction and
reporting. AI tools for data analysis, automation, and insight generation - Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Economics,
Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field - Location: Madurai
Key Responsibilities & Accountability:
- Own and manage MIS reporting across sales, supply chain, operations, and management
functions - Convert business questions into structured analytical models and performance metrics
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders
- Model real-world business scenarios such as:
- Demand vs. supply analysis
- Forecasting and trend identification
- Scenario planning and business simulations
- Work with Excel and SQL databases to extract, validate, and prepare business-ready
datasets - Use AI tools extensively to enhance analysis quality, insight generation, and reporting
efficiency - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of MIS data and reports
- Collaborate closely with business users and take end-to-end ownership from
requirement understanding to final delivery. - Continuously improve reports based on management feedback and evolving business
needs.
