The company’s journey took a significant leap with the acquisition of TT Asafoetida, a trusted household name with over 125 years of legacy in Indian kitchens.

Since then, Mahesh Value has expanded its presence across FMCG and sports, launching brands like TastyTasty, STUMPER, SIXiT, and YouOne. Started as Maheswari Traders, manufacturing camphor tablets.
1997
STUMPER Cricket Goods
Mahesh Rubbers launches the now-popular STUMPER brand of cricket goods.
2000
Mahesh Elastomers Pvt. Ltd.
Acquires the 125-year-old TT Asafoetida brand, entering food retail.
2008
Mahesh Value Products (P) Ltd. is formed
Independent units merge into MVPL with Sports, Foods, and Trade divisions.
